OUTSIDE PLANT GROUP, a division of OHI Telecom, is a leading provider of specialised engineering and installation expertise for telecommunications OSP projects all over the Sultanate of Oman.

OHI Telecom is one of the approved contractors of Oman Telecommunications Co. (SAOC), Petroleum Development of Oman and Oman Gas Company, authorised to perform the installation of outside plant network (copper and fiber optic cable) including cable laying, joining, testing and commissioning.

Copper Cable Division

We undertake design, supply, implementation, testing and commissioning of the complete range of OSP networks. We undertake turnkey OSP projects for Omantel, Petroleum Development Oman, Oman Gas Company, Ministry of Housing, Environment & Water, Ministry of Health and other private companies as well.

Fiber Optic Cable Division

This Division provides fiber optic based connectivity solutions. We are specialized in engineering, design, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning of the Network. We have implemented many prestigious projects for Omantel, MHEW, Oman Gas Co. & Petroleum Development Oman.

Operations in Ghana

In the year 2004 we won the prestigious Customer Access Network from Ghana Telecommunication Co. (West Africa). A branch office of OHI Telecom has been established in Ghana for implementing this project and exploring new opportunities in West Africa.
